I need a new hairdo!

I have tried many hairstyles in my life: From the new romantic look, to the adolf look, to the long hair, to the ponytail, to the number.1 almost bald look, to what I have now...friggin boring!!! B.O.R.I.N.G...boring! will I scream it out? BORING!!! Boring Hairstyle.
So I have done this pictured above, I think I like the bottom right style what about you? or do I go the full shave , hey I do need a shave by the way...looking a bit scruffy here!
The Eagle (a song I did all about this bird of prey)

I have a few of my songs here at iCompositions.com the latest one you can find
here. The Album "Stink" is in production at the moment I have a few tracks that I am happy with, need a few more to complete it.
I have a bit of room on my website now, which I will start to upload small portions of my songs to and ask members of the blog community to comment on.
Is disco really back or am I seeing things?

"Ah, Ah, Ah Ah staying alive, staying alive, Ah, Ah, Ah Ah staying alive, saying alive-ive-ive-iev....whooow!"
What!! Did I hear these words come out of my Mothers mouth when she was dancing?
Crickey... Growing up as a 70s kid I was told by my parents "For God's sake turn that blasted music down! or off!
Now look at them
here! On the dance floor grooving away! Enjoying the music a lot louder than I ever was allowed to have it.
Now looks whose telling them to keep it down :-)
Wee Kids fundraiser

My beautiful niece Saskia (pic inset) was diagnosed with having a major problem with both of her kidneys when she was born, and within 3 months of her life, she had 2 sets of operations on both of her kidneys. Without the operations she would not have lived. And it is all thanks to Paddy Dewan and his staff for giving her back a normal life.
So each year the Wee Kids foundation (which includes my brother Paul and his wife Loretta on the board) get together to raise funds for all kids with urological disorders, and they do this, by running a fund raising night to get enough money to purchase machinery needed to operate on these kids.
Last year the night raised $A70,000 and this year they want to raise another $A60,000 to purchase an (ECRS) Endoscopic Computer Recording System.
The auction had 34 items up for sale as well as a silent auction, a silent auction allows you participate without the hype. You walk about tables with goods on them and write down your bidding price, the highest bidder at a certain time in the night wins (much like ebay) and the other auction is the traditional auctioneer who stands on stage with hammer and hollering at the top of his lungs, taking the bids.
My brother won a original "Bianco" poster from the 1920's and I won a commemorative signed bat by Matthew Haydon (Australian batsman), this bat was signed and framed when he broke the world record as the highest individual score of 380 in test cricket. (Brian Lara from West Indies has since brocken that record with 400 n.o).

This bat pictured is going to be placed in my study as I am a mad keen cricket lover and shown off when we get vistors, hopefully in a few years this piece of sporting history will be worth a lot of money.
ADSL2 is quicker than Cable (But why??)
I have finally got my ADSL2 connection in place and comparing it to my cable connection.
Here are the following specs of each service, so I can get anyone reading this to explain to me why Im getting far better results now:
Cable: 2500kbps download and 128kbps upload
ADSL: 1500kbps download and 256kbps upload (with 12,000kbps down and 1000kbps up later in the year)
Cable I thought had a cleaner signal as opposed to a telephone line, but here you go.
I was able to host a 3 ways video conference in iChat too, with the video quality so much better. At one stage on a test site I got this : Local connection was 188.6kbps and Remote test site was a staggering 1229.5kbps.
Previous connections were around 85kbps both ways.
